Eagle Instrument's warranties service and repair workmanship for a period of 30 days. Maintenance, service and replacement parts are warrantied for 30 days or as defined by the manufacturer of the part. Electrical and electronic parts and/or components are excluded from warranty coverage. Eagle Instrument's shall have no liability for any incidental or consequential damages.
Eagle Instrument's liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part which was supplied by Eagle Instrument's and which may be defective in material or workmanship while such item is under warranty.
*Loaner equipment is dependent on equipment available and type of equipment.
